I have a website/blog and I would love to review your products, do you give free samples for a review?
We get a lot of emails requesting this but unfortunately Alien Dildos have a policy of not giving away free samples.
Are your toys computer generated images or are they photos of the real toys?
All photos featured in our website are taken from the actual toys. The only thing we do to the photos is make the background black so the photos integrate better in the design of our website.
What type of material are your products made of?
All of our toys are made of high quality silicone. Why silicone? The inherent properties of silicone make it the safest choice for adult toys. Most adult toys out there are made from rubber that deteriorates with age, hot water, and exposure to UV light, so after a little use they have a tendency to fall apart.
What choices of colour do you have?
We currently have a selection of 21 colours that you can choose from. You can see them in our colour chart here.
But be aware that due personal computer screen settings, colours might differ slightly from the actual colour of the product.
Also due to the nature of metallic colours some marbling effect might occur like for instance at the base of the toy.
You also have the choice between three different bases, Suction Base, Bullet Vibrator (only in selected toys) or with the
Vac-u-Lock system.
Which is the best way to clean your products?
You can clean them with warm water and a mild antibacterial washing up liquid.
Should you wish to sterilize your toy, you can simply boil it in tap water for five minutes without sustaining any damage. Just make sure the toy is fully submerged.
What methods of payment do you accept?
At the moment we only accept payments through Paypal.
Do I have to be registered to Paypal to be able to make an order?
No. You can make payments without registering. To find out more about how Paypal works go to www.paypal.com
What will Paypal/Bank statement show when I make a purchase from you?
It will show "AD".
How long it will take my order to arrive
We will send your order within 14 working days and will take from 3 to 14 working days (depending on which country you live) for your order to arrive. However we can not be held responsible for any delay caused by for instance post office strike etc... after we ship your order. If, for any reason, we can not send it within 14 working days we will send you an email to let you know.
Can I track my order?
Yes, when we send your order we will email you (usually on the same day) to give you your unique reference tracking number and instructions on how and where to track your parcel. Unfortunately international orders will only be able to check if the item has left the UK but not its whereabouts after it leaves the UK.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, you have 24 hours from the time to do so.
To change/cancel your order you will have to contact us within that time by sending us an email or filling our form here.
We will then refund the money to your paypal account.
